• Delivery Method: All digital products are delivered via email or downloadable link within 1–24 hours after purchase.

• No Shipping Charges: Digital products do not incur any shipping fees.

• File Formats: Files are typically delivered in formats like PDF, JPEG, PNG, MP4, or ZIP, depending on the product.

📦 For Physical Products (Framed Art, Prints, Branded Merchandise):

• Shipping Locations: We currently ship within India. For international orders, please contact us.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

• Shipping Time: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

• Shipping Partner: We use trusted courier services like Delhivery, DTDC, and Bluedart.

• Shipping Charges: Charges vary based on item weight and delivery location. Final cost will be shown during checkout.

📦 Order Tracking:

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

• You can track your order using the link provided in the message.

🚫 Delayed/Lost Orders:

• If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days (within India), please contact us immediately.

• We will coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the issue or offer a refund/replacement, depending on the situation.
